Business as usual is anything but usual at e3Learning, a dedicated online training solutions provider based in Adelaide. The innovative company has always insisted on pushing the envelope and challenging what many consider to be the traditional rules of good business. As a BRW fast 100 company for two years in a row, e3’s success can be credited to their quality-over-quantity approach and willingness to think outside the square. e3’s achievements caught the attention of Open Universities Australia (OUA) who acquired the company in July 2013. Tony Fairbairn, Executive General Manager of e3, shares 3 atypical approaches to business that contributed to e3’s success:

On Friday the 8th of November, the South Australian Tourism Awards Gala Dinner was held at the Adelaide Convention Centre. Attendees of the gala indulged in a 3 course meal, made with local South Australian produce, wines from Wolf Blass and beer and cider from the McLaren Vale Beer Company. e3 are a proud sponsor of  the South Australian Tourism Awards. Our team have been assisting in the delivery of the digital, multi-screen award presentation for the past 17 years.

We are proud to announce that we have been listed in the BRW Fast 100 for the second year in a row. Since being listed in the BRW Fast 100 in 2012, e3 has experienced considerable change, including being acquired by Open Universities Australia in July 2013.  Within our own operations, we have continued to see increasing growth, including taking on 25 new staff members and expanding our departments to keep up with demand.
