24 Oct e3Learning still on the fast track
We are proud to announce that we have been listed in the BRW Fast 100 for the second year in a row.
Since being listed in the BRW Fast 100 in 2012, e3 has experienced considerable change, including being acquired by Open Universities Australia in July 2013. Within our own operations, we have continued to see increasing growth, including taking on 25 new staff members and expanding our departments to keep up with demand.
“We truly value merit at e3” commented Tony Fairbairn, Executive General Manager. “All positions are filled by employees based on their talents and merits rather than their gender or nationality. The right person in the right role is what helps drive e3’s innovation and continuous growth.”
This attitude is reflected throughout e3, with 35% of our staff being either international staff in one of our global locations or foreign-born, working in Australia. Moreover, e3 has roughly 50% of all managerial positions in the company currently held by women, which is a rare occurrence in Australia regardless of industry and particularly in the predominately male IT sector.
As a company, we are proud to be part of an industry that continues to grow and adapt with the changing digital climate. Being listed in the final print edition of the BRW Fast 100 is a bittersweet testimony to this ever changing environment.
